How to get rid of that sick feeling?!
Uhh! I ate a whole ship load of junk today - Cookie Crisp cereal, Pizza, Starbucks Frappuccino!. Point is, I feel disgusting!. I worked out and i feel a teensy bit better, but not completley!.!.!. Are there any simple ways to get rid of that stomach ache you get after overeating or eat something that you knew you shouldn't have!? Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The seltzer and ginger are both good!.!.!.!.also try plain mint tea (hot), without sugar or sweetner or honey!.
