- fruit (apples, berries, grapefruit, etc!. are my favorite)
- yogurt with berries and almonds
- smoothie
- peanut butter on 1 slice of whole wheat bread and a glass of skim milk
- peanut butter and banana
- peanut butter and apple
- almond butter on a mini whole wheat bagel
- mixed nuts and dried fruit
- carrots, cucumbers, and pepper slices (sometimes with hummus)

the best way to get a healthy snack is to take something really delicious and greasy and make it healthy

like baked potato chips
diet coke
frozen yogurt (instead of ice cream)
fish instead of beef
and other stuff like that
