Question: So what else should i get !?
im trying to eat healthy so i went to the store today and bought a couple things for the house
list:
-spacial k cereal
- apples
-celery
-carrotts
-wheat bread
- v8 veggie juice
-yogurt

im going back to the store tomorrow so what else should i get thats healthy i need to know what veggies to get and what fruits to get and anything else yall would recommend thanks so much!Www@FoodAQ@Com

-Turkey/ham
-Laughing cow light cheese (you can eat this on low fat english muffins with tomato and basil!.!.!.or by itself, or with apples, pretzels, etc!.) I love this stuff
-100 Calorie Packs
-Fiber 1 bars (the chocolate ones are fabulous)
-Chicken breasts
-Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice, etc!. freezer meals for when you are in a hurry
-Canned chicken in water (to make chicken salad)
-Light soups
-Wasa Crackers are good (also good w/laughing cow cheese) : )
-Popcorn
-Edamame
-Small corn tortillas with black beans and stir fried veggiesWww@FoodAQ@Com

If you just want healthy!.!. go for natural non processed foods!. Read labels of things you might want to buy and if there is a lot of ingredients on the label (especially ones that you can't really say) forget it!.!. move onto something else!. Fruits and veggies are better uncooked!. Eat what you like to eat, not what you think you should eat, but be a bit pickier when you are choosing what to bring home!. Don't buy all that stuff that is enhanced with things like Omega 3, or probiotics!.!. just buy natural!! Hey, God made it that way for a reason right!?!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wheat bread--make sure it's 100% whole wheat!.

If you cook be sure to use olive oil!. Skim or 2% milk or soy milk!.

Tuna fish is also low in fat and high in protien!. Eating alot of fish is very healthy for you and seafood!.

Salads with lots of leafy greens and lowfat dressing is excellent!.

Any type of vegie that is bright/dark in color is good for you!. Be sure to eat your peelings too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

get fruits like blueberrys and raspberrys get chicken to grill and try the special k protein water!. oh and buy more celery it has negative calories so it helps you lose weight and you don't gain [ but don't dunk it in ranch ] , soy milk , and veggie wheat thins there good for you and really filingWww@FoodAQ@Com

get some peaches:) mmm i love peaches and they are super healthy but super sweet so you trick yourself into thinking your having some speacial treat!. haha

and if you like eggplant get some of that:)

and the brand kashi is awesome especially there bluberry crunch cereal!!:) i love it:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Watermelon (keeps you SO hydrated)

Peanut butter for the celery, a great source of protein

bananas

lean skinless chicken breasts

a Stir fry kit, that just contains the frozen veggies, no sauces

Just make sure it's something you will actually eat!!
