Any Healthy/healthier choices?!
I finally stopped eating burgers, fries, and all those fatty foods u could think of!.!.!.
i keep trying to find healthy foods i could get whenever i go out with friends and stuff!.!.!. so i'm doing subway (tuna!.!. with honey oat bread)!.!. and i do saladas and soups!.!.!. the only restaurant i go to is T!.J!.I Fridays and i get the DragonFire Chicken (sooooo delicious!!! u should try it! it has brown rice hehe)
but there's gonna be more than that! any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually you may be surprised that the tuna on honey oat is not a wise choice!. You would be better served with sliced turkey or chicken on whole grain and load it with veggies!.
Chicken and fish are always good choices as long as they aren't covered in sauce!. Salmon with steamed veggies is available most everywhere!. Shrimp cocktail is also yummy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I also love TGI Fridays!.!.!.!.and I have found that a good choice in most restaurants is to get lean grilled meats like chicken or beef, which are usually served with veggies of some sort or a potato!.!.!.usually I skip the potato part and ask for extra veggies,,,,plus the meat portion of the meal fills you up longer and its delcious!!
