Why do you order your hamburgers with nothing on them?!

Question: Why do you order your hamburgers with nothing on them!?
I know it's silly lol but I want to know why people order hamburgers with just meat and bread!. I mean me personally I don't think a hamburger is a hamburger without the pickles, onions, lettuce, ketchup, tomatoes, and the mustard, but that's how I prefer my hamburgers lol!. But seriously what is it about those hamburgers that some people order them completely!.!.!.naked lol!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Where I live, they only sell hamburgers with the meat, onion and gherkin!. So, I personally prefer just meat and bread!. I have a weird story to go with it too!.

So, I went and ordered "one hamburger without onion and gherkin"!. What do they give me!? A stupid meat patty wrapped in plastic!.!.!. I was too embarrased to go back and complain/reorder so I sent my dad to do it hehe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am a chef!. And a burger is my favorite indulgence food!. Since moving to an area where they serve 1/2 lb burgers fresh from the local butcher, where there are no fast food joints, and charge extra for lettuce, tomato, and onion!.!.!. and the beef comes right from the farm!.!. I can say that I have found the beauty in simplicity!.

Sure, they put out ketchup and mustard, and throw a few sliced pickles on the side!. That is all I need now, as long as the burger is good and fresh!.

I will even order it medium-rare around here!. Just because I know where it comes from!.

I can honestly say, as someone who will order BK fully loaded with everything, that the burgers here are so good, you don't need the condiments, or the cheese, most of the time!. Sometimes I will ask for lettuce, tomato, and mayo!. But most of the time, it's just meat and pickles and ketchup and mustard!. I never thought I would be that person!. But I would never do it a McD's!. Need stuff to cover up the crappy beef!.

Some ppl like to enjoy and savour the floury and mild sweet taste of the burger bun, while some ppl hate veges, hence they would rather omit the vege rather than giving up the entire burger!. Smt, plain burger bun wo any filling in it tastes quite nice too, you can taste the mild sweetness in the fluffy or lightly toasted bun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Different strokes for different folks!.
How boring life would be if we all ate the same food( served the same way), drove the same car( same color), wore the same clothes etc etc!.

That's what makes life interesting!.
We're all different -:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Reason: I hate pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard
I also don't trust the tomatoes from the restaurant (they can sour easily)
And lettuce doesn't taste like anything anyways - no point!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I only get ketchup and mustard on mine!.!.!.I like the taste of meat and if I want the veggies I'll eat an actual portion of it rather than a piece of each!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
