Question: Is bad to eat sunflower Seeds!?
When I eat em I eat a lot of em!.!.!.I do only eat the seed but I mean I can eat an entire bag of em almost in one sitting

hah people will tell you all sorts of information that isnt important!. people have been eating them for YEARS, and no one had died yet!. and i just ate about 200 at the Tampa Bay Rays vs!. Chicago cubs game last night and im fine!. dont sweat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sunflowers seeds are a great snacking choice! No sugars, no hydrogenated oils, I love em and I even grow em :) I'm guessing the bag is just a few ounces anyways- unless it's the size of a bag of Doritoes you should be in great shape!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think so, they're so small that you just can help it!. The other day though I saw a bag of energy sunflower seeds!. They were coated in an energy powder thing I don't know!. I couldn't believe it!. First energy bars, then drinks, now sunflower seeds!. Whats next!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

eat them in moderation, then you can reap benefits;

No!.!.!.they contain lots of proteins!.
But too much is bad, its 'heaty' and if they are salted, you know, you will increase your risk of getting hypertension!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
