I'm abt 140 lbs. for dinner i ate 2 tacos w/ meat cheese & lettuce. finished them since i was hungry. 2 much?!
i have been trying to lose weight!. so the tacos were my dinner!.!.
but i feel like i ate too much today:
Breakfast: 2 whole grain waffles w/ cream cheese and small bowl of vanilla yogurt
Lunch: half a cheese sandwich w/ a handful of chips and pretzels, and a small plate of macaroni and cheese!.
Dinner: the 2 tacos plus a piece of cheese!.!.!.
i feel like a pig and i dont know what to do!. what do you think!?!? did i eat to much!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

it seems as though its not the amount you are eating!.!.!.its what you are eating that might be the problem!.
Whole grain waffles are fine!.!.!.but maybe try and use some all natural low fat peanut butter instead of cream cheese!.
If you are going to have a sandwich for lunch, get some protein on it!.!.!.like turkey!. use whole grain bread and low fat cheese (and lighter color cheeses are better!.!.like Swiss or provolone)!. No chips of pretzels!.!.!.sorry!. Try carrot sticks or cucumber slices, you can use a no fat dip for some extra flavor!. Keep away from the mac and cheese!!!
Dinner!.!.!.tacos are not bad, if you make them the correct way!. Low fat ground meat!.!.!.try ground turkey!. Whole wheat taco shells!.!.!.i just whole wheat tortillas, once again low fat or non fat cheese!.!.!.lettuce and salsa should make a fun meal!
You also might want to think about throwing in a few more snacks during the day!.!.!.like a protein bar or a small cup of no fat yogurt or some fruit! good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think you ate too much, I think perhaps the choices you made might not have been too good!. I think dinner could have had a little more substance to it!. You might be getting hungry later!. I am wondering how tall you are!. You might check with Weight Watchers to guide you in what to eat!. Lunch could have had a little more protein you had a lot of carbs!.
