A good rule of thumb is the darker the color, the better!. Sweet Potatoes are better for you than potatoes, squash, beets, greens, papayas, etc, are better for you than the others!. Blueberries top the list!. For taste!.!.!.it's up to you!. I love all berries, pears, peaches!.!.!.there are so many varieties of apples to try!. I'm a fan of Brussels sprouts and, coming from the east coast of Canada, love fiddleheads!. You really have to try them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
