I like to make my sandwiches on bagels - toast your bagel and add your favorite fixings and condiment, serve with a Kosher dill pickle spear:

Corned beef on onion, garlic or rye bagels
Ham and cheese on a poppy seed or bagels
Roast beef on an onion, garlic, sesame seed or everything bagel
Chicken salad on sour dough bagels

PB is great on bagels, especially cinnamon raisin!. Another thing that's good is put some cheese(I like Pepper Jack) on the bagel and pop it in the micro a few seconds until the cheese gets a little melty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
