Great alternativebreakfast ideas? I'm hefty and I like bacon and eggs but i need to eat better?!
what do you all eat for breakfast!? I can't eat cereal every morning and I'm lactose intolerant!. Eating an apple and stuff is not fulfilling, so what do i need to do!? I'm in dire need but I'm being realistic!. What are great breakfast meals besides bacon eggs and toast (which is fulfilling but not good to eat everyday)!. also what are some good things to drink besides OJ milk and water!. Do you like oatmeal!? It's filling and good for you!. It's supposed to lower cholesterol, too!.
If you think it's too bland, rev it up a bit!. Add a little brown sugar, some fresh strawberries and/or blueberries, and a sprinkling of walnut pieces!. It's yummy! You could top it with sliced bananas instead!. You'd have your fruit, and the nuts add protein!.
You could also have half a toasted whole wheat bagel - or the whole thing, if you have a hearty appetite!. Add low-fat cream cheese (you can buy flavors such as pineapple or strawberry) and some fruit!. Spread on some peanut butter, or if you have a sweet tooth, orange marmalade!.
There are other hot breakfast cereals such as grits, cream of wheat, etc!. These would be fillilng and nourishing!.
There are so many juices to choose from - grape, apple, cherry, blends, etc!. Some are made from exotic fruits and are quite tasty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

- 1 flour tortilla or whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter, banana, and honey!.
- 2-3 egg whites scrambled with veggies (peppers, onions, spinach, etc!.) and cheese!. 1 slice of turkey bacon or candian bacon and/or whole wheat toast and a piece of fruit!.
- oatmeal with any of the following: blueberries, almonds, walnuts, pecans, banana, raisins, apples, honey, flax seeds, cinnamon, etc!. and a piece of fruit!.
- 2 slices of whole grain bread with peanut or almond butter and a piece of fruit!.
- whole grain cereal/oats/granola with yogurt, fruit, and almonds!.
- whole grain or flour tortilla with lean meat, cheese, veggies and a piece of fruit on the side!.
- 2 whole wheat waffles or pancakes with any of the following: fruit, pure maple syrup(not too much), honey, jam, cinnamon, peanut butter, etc!. and fruit!.

-strawberries, banana, milk or juice, yogurt
-frozen banana, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp espresso powder or 1 tbsp pb, 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Try making your own granola, which can then be eaten with almost anything!. My mom makes hers with rolled oats, chopped dried fruit, nuts, coconut, honey, and other things!. Recipes are available all over the place for it, and it works on-the-go as trail mix also!.

pancakes are surprisingly low in calories, just don't drown them in butter and syrup!. check that they don't have milk by products in the mix and you just add water to make!. waffles are the same deal, low in calories!. experiment with toppings such as fruit spread or fresh fruit!. you can have a milk substitute!. there are other juices available, cran raspberry is awesome!. oatmeal with different add ins, maybe a few chocolate chips, a few raisins, fresh strawberries!. i love malt o meal, as well!. you could have breakfast pizza, available with a multitude of toppings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
