Is this a wierd breakfast?!
I just came back from swim practice, and I hadn't eaten breakfast, and I was starving, so is this a wierd breakfast!?
3 slices of cheese
2 pieces of raisin bread
1 boiled egg!.
And is it healthy!?

Sounds good and healthy!. There is no written law that says you HAVE to eat eggs, cereal, toast, oatmeal for breakfast!. You can eat anything as long as it is healthy for you and you have to eat something as breakfast is most important meal of the day!./ I ate a meatloaf sandwich on toast, cranberry juice and coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Eat oatmeal in the morning for breakfast!. Its filling, low in fat and high in protein to build muscles!.
For lunch, eat something like a tuna sandwich (tuna packed in water, not oil) Its also low in fat and very high in protein!. Do not use a lot of high fat mayonnaise when making your sandwich!. I used mustard or fat-free mayo only
For supper, read labels and again look for low-fat, stuff!. You need carbs for energy!. Do not avoid them, because you are burning them off!. Simple carbs like sugar you can avoid!. But a good supper would be something like low-fat chili or bean burritos!. Beans are low in fat!. Chicken breast is low in fat and high protein too!.

yes that sounds like something I would make a sandwhich out of, and the cheese would be Cheddar, nice and sharp!. I always listen to cravings!. your body needs something and if you crave cheese, what you system needs after a practice is probably in the cheese!. CheersWww@FoodAQ@Com

well, it is quite healthy because cheese is a dairy product, raisin bread has raisons, and it is bread, and eggs are healthy too!. but cheese is very fattening though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would replace the raisin bread with whole wheat bread, and I would add another egg for more protein!. Otherwise it sounds healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, it's not weird at all!. I used to have for my breakfast two Weetabix without milk covered with margarine on both sides and all around the edges!. Beat THAT for weirdness! HAH!Www@FoodAQ@Com
