I feel guilty about what i ate today?!

i had like 17 potato chips
a cup of Speceal K cereal w/milk
fruit and spagatti with whole weat noodles and a piece of whole weat bread

speacal k cereal is healthy!.
and your suppose to have at least one glass of milk a day!.
fruit is healthy!.
and spaqatti is not that bad!.
you need at least 1,200 a day!.

I wouldn't feel guilty about eating that, i would probably be looking for something else to eat!.
If you are feeling guilty about it because you might put on weight, then do some excercise!. Go for a walk or go to the gym!. Even just do some sit ups and maybe some stretching!.
Excercise will also release endorphines into your brain which will make you feel better also!.

that's funny :D!. I ate an entier summer sausage, a grilled cheese and salami sandwich, a rack or lamb ribs with red wine glaze, a bag of cheetos, 6 Mt!. Dew, the rest of the salami (just as a snack) a 10 ounce sirloin steak (Dianna style) and mashed potatoe, then as a snack 3 taco supremes from taco bell!. I'm skinny!. It all depends on you, what you like to eat, and your metabolism!. If my metabolism was lower, I'd be fat and happy, not worried about what other people thought!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
