I use chef Paul Prudomes grill seasoning and roast the pork in a rotisserie!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pork is very bland so you can add anything!. Thyme, sage and salt & pepper are the traditional savory spices for pork!. You could also try something sweet like apples & cinnamon and it's surprisingly good!. Here's a link for caramel apple pork chops!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

that really depends on what cut of pork you are cooking!. if its a chop, sometimes we do lemon pepper, sometimes, just a little rubbed sage, sometimes, we use regular steak seasoning!. if it's a tenderloin, you can use just about anything, if i am cooking a boston butt roast, i use a little brown sugar rub, and some apple juice and bake it slow(450 degrees for the first 30 minutes, then about 4 hours at 250, in a tightly covered pan)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the way I cook it is to take pieces of fresh garlic, poke a hole with a knife a put the piece of garlic in it!. I usually make about 8 - 10 holes!. if you have some garlic butter, spread a little on the outside, not too much!. garlic gives pork a wonderful flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best thing me and my husband figured out is KC Masterpiece Pork Marinade, they have different flavors and it is soooo yummy!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
