What is a steak burger?!

Question: What is a steak burger!?
I've been buying pre-made hamburger patties from the market (Stater Bros!.)!. They have one called Garlic and cracked black pepper, cheddar cheese and bacon, Italian beef burger, and more!. But they also have one thats called "steak burger" which looks to be mostly like groundbeef with brown spots that also seem to be ground, I think!. It seriously doesn't look much different from the other 100% ground beef patties!.

Anyone know for certain what constitutes a "steak burger" whether its from Stater Bros!. or not!? Figured this would be easy points for you grilling enthusiasts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
usually it is nothing more than ground sirloin or chuck steak and the term steak-burger is just a way to sell more of themWww@FoodAQ@Com

In Australia, a steak burger would never be in a box at the supermarket, a steak burger is a thin slice of meat, a steak, then we would pile on if it was "the works" a slice of cooked bacon, an egg, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, cheese, onion (cooked not raw) sauce of choice, BBQ or tomato (ketchup) and eat it with two hands while leaning over something so as not to cover yourself in the lovely juices that drip out!. Anything formed into a patty could never be a steak burger here, we'd send it back!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its basically using a better cut of beef than what you typically find in a burger, which is why they are often more expensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

a hamburger made with ground steak!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
