for breakfast, i just had orange juice and some raisins

for lunch, i went to McDonald's!.!.!.!.had a big mac (everything on it, no cheese); also, fries and a large soft drink; and chicken mcnuggets (4) with BBQ sauce!.!.!.used ketchup on my fries!.!.!.super-sized my menu

for dinner, I'm having polish sausage and pinto beans and whole wheat bread!.!.!.with cucumbers in vinegar; water to drink
