Answers:
In my opinion ribs!. Beef Jerky is a simple artificially flavored beef snack that you can get a Sams 100 for 10 bucks!.
Ribs are a delicious, real meal! YUM :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Totally different things to compare- both taste good if you season and cook them right!. Ribs, however, are an entree or main course of a meal!. Jerky is a preserved meat typically used as a smack or a protein booster and perfect for camping or hiking trips, or when refrigeration is not available!.

Personally, I like the amish beef jerky available at farmer's markets, and ribs that are home steamed and then grilled with a whiskey or bourbon based sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One is a snack - and one is an main dish!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I think a rack of ribs might be a little excessive for a snack, but some beef jerky isn't going to fill anyone up for dinner!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I say ribs all the way, they have so much more flavor, though beef jerky is still really good, it is artificially flavored so!.!.!.
