Make sure the pan is quite hot with a little oil!.

There needs to be that sizzle sound as soon as you put the egg in the fry pan other wise the pan isn't hot enough!.

once the white is cooked tilt the pan a little so the oil will run down and using your egg slicer flick the hot fat onto the yolk!.

the hot fat will cook the yolk so you don't have to flip the egg and break the yolk!.

stop flicking the hot fat onto the yolk until it's cooked to your satisfaction!.

okay, this is a little weird but this was for a "hobo breakfast"!. we had a tin with a fire under it and we cooked bacon (makes it easier to cook eggs with all the grease) and then we cooked eggs!. It was probably the best egg I have ever tasted, If you want to go to the extremes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put a tablespoon of butter in a hot pan over low heat!. Put eggs in pan and leave of low heat put lid on but keep an eye on them!. To flip them over slide spatual under eggs very carefully and flip over!. Once flipped over cook 30 secondsWww@FoodAQ@Com

If you're not in a hurry, low and slow with very little oil - add a few drops of water to the skillet and put a lid on it!. Voila - steamed eggs, and they don't need to be turned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

a pat of butter in a non-stick pan!. depending how long you want it cooked, and how, sunny-side up, down, ect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
