Question: I need to gain!! PLZ HELP ME!!!?
ok so im going into 6th grade and and im like 58 lbs and im 4 foot 4 and i cant figure out how to gain weight!! ppl call me anorexic and stuff but im not!! i just dont eat like meat but i eat chicken and turkey just not pork and stuff and i cant gain weight and ppl are mean to me i need help can someone please help me!?!? i likie need food that will help me gain weight but im very picky!! i dont like stufff that had green stuff on top like seasoning and i hate spaghetti sause!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i reccommend you use an online calorie calculator to calculate your daily calorie intake!. the way to find out how much you should be eating depends on your weight!. take your present weight and multiply it by 20!. and that number is the number of calories you should be eating a day!. then make sure to eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner, after dinner snack!. i know its a drag to constantley calculate your calorie intake but if you eat the amount of calories you should be eating each day for at least a month, you will gain the proper weight!. dont forget to exercise along the weight to stay in shape while you gain weight!. make sure you keep up with ur eating!. dont eqat alot one day then hardly anything the other!. be constant!.

good calorie foods can be even the smallest things!.
eggs, a slice of cake, a piece of pizza!.
make sure you eat all three meals of the day and
snacks in between!. good luck!. by the way this is exactly
what i did!. i was 125pounds now im 140!. it works!.
*calculate every little thing you eat and the calorie count of it!.
even 1 piece of candy or cracker could add up!.

Hun, when i grew up, I had that problem too!. I was too thin and kids teased me!. I got tough and learned to stand up for myself ( I was pretty mean for my size)!. But I never thought of getting fat just to please others!. I enjoyed being able to eat anything I wanted and as much as I wanted while others had to watch their diet and complained about gaining weight!. I'm getting old now and still enjoy eating and never having had to diet!. So, if other kids tease you - turn around and ask them if they are jealeous!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
