mini pizza bagels: whole wheat bagel + pizza sauce + whatever toppings you want -bake @ 400 for about 12 minutes!. Your child might enjoy helping you, even!.
tortilla wraps: cheese, turkey also blackbeans!.!.!.serve with some sourcream
turkey pepperoni, apples and cheese
Tortilla with cream cheese and ham
Hummus with crackers and raw veggies
potato pancakes with applesauce
Peanut butter on bread topped with any of the following assorted toppings (choose from: rasins, carrot, dried fruit, jelly, sunflower seeds, chocolate, wheat germ, coconut, granola)
