Question: Possible for your body to reject foods that you used to eat after eating really healthy for the past 2 weeks!?
I used to eat really badly!.!.!.like fast food at least once a week, pizza, ice cream, lots of junk food, etc!. Now for the past two weeks, I've completely changed the way I eat!. Lots of fruits, veggies, water, whole grains, and everything I buy is organic!. I've been feeling SO much better and I'm really happy with it!. Today, however, I went out to eat with friends at the usual sushi place that we go to!. I ordered rice with shrimp and vegetables that were coated in some kind of batter that was fried!. I feel really tired, gross, and sick to my stomach right now!. So my question is!.!.!. do you think something was wrong with the food I ate or is it my body telling me that I can't be giving it this type of food anymore!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is possible, and it's pretty funny too!. I ate organic and super healthy on a cleansing diet I found at our local health food store!. The diet was a month long!. Like you, I had so much energy!. Then my church had a party for something or other and I was asked to make a dessert; when I ate one piece I thought I was going to fall over!. I got so dizzy from the sugar, and I had to run to the bathroom too!. Of course, your body will get used to handling those bad foods again, but at least you know what it feels like to be really healthy! It's worth not eating out to me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When your body is used to only processing healthy - low fat/carb it gets confused when you throw something high fat into it!.
It is very normal for this to happen!.
Its not that you can never eat that stuff again, but do it in moderation!. !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes your body has rid all the toxins out of you vody from the fast food places and stuff!. And after eating healthy for awhile and you go back to try and eat that again it could make you feel dizzy,sick and make you be in the bathroom for awhile!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just quit eating food in general!. I can't eat any fast food which I used to eat a minimum 5 times a week!. Pizza, junk food!. Blah!. Get sick from almost everything "bad"!. Ice cream is a killer on my body!. I think your body just got used to not eating it and now it's like whoa wtf is this crap and gave a bad reaction!. I think it's good if you wanna lose weight but I've lost my weight and now I can't enjoy any food! Sad day!. If you want these foods back introduce them slowly in small quantities!. So to your question, YES IT IS POSSIBLE TO REJECT FORMER REGULARS ON YOUR MENU!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
