Question: Tinned artichokes!? how to get rid of the citric acid & maleic acid taste (which they are packed with!?)!?
i tried rinsing them with boiling water but the acid taste is still there, how can i get rid of it!? CAN I get rid of it!? ty!Www@FoodAQ@Com

and they are good - i have fried as per instructions and

The best way to get rid of the citric acid and maleac taste in canned artichokes is use a product recently put in the market called Flaky,Crumbly,Dried Hamburger Seasonings!. It has just appeared in England and is selling like hotcakes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

buy ones in jars, I find the tinned ones as you describe and have never got rid of the taste!.

soak in ICED water for 2-3 hours normally does the trick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
