Afternoon binge?!
okayyy everyday at about 4 pm i get really hungry!. except im not actually hungry at all, i just reallllly crve carbs or anything not good for me! every single dayyy! and i dont know why!?!
even if i dont eat lunch until late i still have these weird moods!
i eat through the day so its not like im hungry
i usually havee special k for brekky, a salad for lunch and a piece of fruit between those two!. and my salad usually has some meat in it and it fills me up :)
but i still get these cravings!!
i need to stop becasue its so unhealthy and i always feel really guilty if i eat bread or somehting because i wasnt even gungry in the first place!. arghhh :(

OMG! I have the same exact problem!. Around 4 pm try having something healthy like a bowl of cereal or crackers and peanut butter!. Then as soon as you're done with your snack get out of your house and do something!. Go for a walk,read a magazine outside, go to someone's house!. Just get away from food!. If you do this for the next couple of days you'll teach yourself it IS possible to stop binging at this time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It is very common to have those afternoon cravings!. It may be a result of low fat intake or low blood sugar!. For many of us, the mid-afternoon cravings we feel are merely our body's way of telling us it has been too long since lunch and we actually need to eat!.

Your sugar level drops about then so the body starts craving!. You need to eat more little meals during the day and meals is not a full blown meal!. Try a protein like a cheese stick and a fruit about 2:30!. Your goal should be to stop the drops in sugar, if you eat 6 meals during the day the sugar level will remain more level and you won't get those "swings"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A lot of people eat when they are actually thirsty, because body signals can be hard to sort out!. Try dinking water next time you feel hungry between meals/snacks and see if it helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
