I have no idea what ingredients were used to make the veggie sausage or yorkshire pudding!.!. but corn and potatos are starches not vegetables!.!. and I am immensely curious where the gravy came from!? is it vegetarian gravy!?
my suggestion for next time would be to skip either the corn or potatos and substitute something green!.!. steamed broccoli or spinach sauteed with olive oil would both be great!.!. both veggies offer a ton of nutrients and olive oil is a great source of healthy fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

since you have mostly starches (because that is what most veggie sausages are made from) its not the best for you but its still pretty good, if you replaced corn with say zucchini or broccoli it would be very healthyWww@FoodAQ@Com
