Are ramen noodles good for you?!

Question: Are ramen noodles good for you!?
Answers:
They won't kill you! But if they are the only thing you eat, you will be missing some nutrients and vitamins!. They are are a type of pasta, and that is generally a carbohydrate which is good for you, but only in moderation!. Not as your only source of nutrition!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the word "ramen" is a japanese word for noodles but actually you have to prolong the pronunciation "ra-men"!.
since you did not specify what type of noodles you are asking about, i could say that there are two types of noodles!. one is called an "instant noodle" (cup nooodles) in which you only add a cup of hot water and let stay it for about 3minutes, ready to eat!. instant noodles can be quite good also but they contain preservatives!. so i would choose noodles/ra-men directly from noodle shops!. at noodle shops, the soup contains a lot of nutrients that is really good for your health!. have in mind that their soup are prepared according to the measured nutrients a person must take!. since it contains vegetables too or meat!. not all noodles can be fatty as there are different types of "taste", the so-called "shio ra-men"; "tonkotsu ra-men", "miso ra-men", etc!. etc!. at any rate, you will just know if you like to eat ra-men!. i love the taste of "miso ra-men"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not at all!.
The sodium count is extremely high
and so are the carbs!.
The fats are also bad,
but are leaning more towards average!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Of course, especially when you are broke or if you first started living on your own!.!. i lived off of those for a few days when i was 18 and moved out!. Thank God i am 25 now!.!. haha!.!. i only like the chicken kind!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i really doubt it, a meal that costs ten cents cannot be too healthy, the flavor packet also has more salt in it than a human needs in a week, but then, who am i to sayWww@FoodAQ@Com
