What in the world is fat-free cream?!

Question: What in the world is fat-free cream!?
How can the fat off milk be fat free!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
There is no such thing, it's not possible!. If something claims to be fat free, like ice cream, then they've added something else like certain gums or gelatin ingredients as substitutes for similar texture!. I think the calorie difference is not huge if I remember correctly, although if one consumed a lot it would add up, or make a difference!.
My own common sense would tell me to cut back saturated fats in other areas and have the odd ice cream or whatever (you know, that whole moderation thing actually is sensible)!.
I think fake sugars and fats and flavourings are a poor excuse to keep eating stuff we shouldn't eat in the first place, or a lot of it, and the chemical based substitutes have other negative side effects!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm guessing!.

Non-fat milk made with "Olestro" (Proctor & Gamble)

I hate to argue with an expert, but that's what makes
America great, we get to hollar and also keep our heads!.
Ok, so anyway, this "Olestro" is made
by P&G and it has been approved by the FDA for use in
food!. IT IS A FAT SUBSTITUTE with the mouth feel, and
the flavor apparently of the real thing; namely fat!. It's been
out for a few years now and it is in some of P&G's products!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know!. Doesn't sound very good, does it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
