What are some yummy, healthy snacks to take to work?!
-things that are good, buck snackable!.
-with one main thing (such as a ceasar salad, but anything BUT a salad)
-& something from each of these categories:
protiens (nuts, cheese, what else!?!)
carbs are ok, what are some healthy ones!?
a fruit, is there a way to make fruit delectable, not just good!?
vegetables (not celery nor carrots, something good that doesn't smell!?)
& something sweet (if you can mix this into the fruit category, that'd be great!.)

one idea I thought about would be a "Waldorf salad"
It has crunch and not too sweet a good balance of flavors!.
all you need are the following ingredients!.!.!.but one thing about this it must be kept very cold!.!.!.since it has mayo in it!.!.!.must keep the "bugs" away!.!.!.not stomach upsets!.!.!.!.
4 apples washed and cut into cubes
2 stalks of celery sliced
1/2 cup any type grapes you like seeded and halved
1/2 cup walnuts , pecans or almonds!.!.!.chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins
3/4 cup mayonnaise lite
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing optional or enough orange juice to make the salad juicy enough!.!.!.!.
pinch of salt
1/2 cup sour cream lite
Mix gently and chill until ready to serve!.
This keeps for a couple days!.!.!.!.but again be sure it's cold at all times!.!.!.serve on lettuce leaves or as is!.!.!.!.

Ham and cheeses rolls - stick the cheese on the ham and roll it up, secure with cocktail stick
Chopped peppers, etc with salsa
I make fruit kebabs, and then dip them in yoghurt (or choclate if there's a mircowave)
I also make layered fruit desserts, put muslie in the bottom of a plastic cup (great and disposable) add some fruit then top with yoghurt,
Jelly and angel delight are good for sweet and you can put fruit in them (and you can get the sugar free varity)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fiber one Oats bars!. They have lots of fiber and whole grain oats! They come in delicious flavors like Strawberry & almond with oats, chocolate with oats, Apple struesel with oats, peanut butter with oats, and caramel with oats!. I also find these keep you feeling full so you don't crave anything else!. I love them!Www@FoodAQ@Com
