Question: Which pop is the healthiest!?
I know pop isn't heathly at all for you, with the sugar, caffeine, and etc, but out of all the pops which one is the healthiest!? like the one pop that doesn't have as much bad stuff in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
There are some good pops you can get at health food stores that have a decent amount of real juice in them as opposed to chemicals!. Some large supermarkets carry them too!. Just look at the ingredients to confirm!. Not only that, but those pops usually taste way better than any of the Coke or Pepsi type pops!.

Stay away from "diet" pops because there might be less calories, but there are more chemicals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I believe reports have indicated that of the DARK soda pops, Root Beer is the best for you!. I think all of the "white" pops are about equal in goodness, being higher than "Dark" pops!.

So your list would look something like:

Sprite/Sierra Mist/7-Up
Mountain Dew/Mellow Yellow
Root Beer
Pepsi/Coke

Etc!.

Remember, Mountain Dew and others of that type have insane amounts of sugar and caffeine!. They might even be worse than dark pops!.

If you must have a taste of pop, ginger ale would be your best bet!.

Try Canada Dry's Ginger Ale with Green Tea!. It, along with 7Up are the only two that don't upset my sensitive tummy!.

Coke is my favorite, but because of it's color which is upsetting to my system, I can't drink it anymore!.

Just try the clear drinks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, I know that Jones Soda is supposed to be healthier than regular soda because it has pure cane sugar and not high fructose corn syrup!. Although with the amount of sugar in Jones Soda it still isn't good to drink on a diet!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
