I'm serious, it's really good and you can get it at any Mexican bakery!.

Edit: Haha, that's what all my friend's say as well, but it looks exactly like brisket so there's nothing to be afraid of!. The meat is a lot better though, but it has to be seasoned with lots of salt and eaten in a corn tortilla to get the best flavor out of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cream of Wheat with cooked beef bacon crumbled up!. I use to use what we call down here in the south, livermush (up North it is Scrapple) to do the same thing!. Yum!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat gizzards & hearts from chickens!.!.!. when you buy a whole chicken the gizzards, heart, & liver are put in a little bag!. I boil them until they are tender (although now I won't eat liver anymore)!. Tasty!
