To begin with, not!.
Because milk is also unhealty to your health if exactly say!.
I mean all food have bad ingredients and good ones!.
So, Whatever you drink is not matter!. It's not harmful to you!. It is drained from your body even if drinking it!. Someone pretends to believe in hearsay!. However, it is just hearsay!. No more!!! If you really worry about sports drinks containg colorful ingredients, you shoud not eat all kinds of food, for most of the foods have the same!. Surely, it is hard to pinpoint what is harmful to your health!. Do you drink cola!? It's more unhealthy to you!. However, you drink it!. also, I drink it!. Scientist get used to say "greentea is good for health"!. However, greentea also has bad one!. According to recent research, greentea's water cannot be taken into body!. So, even if someone drink greentea often, they need to drink normal water to prevent their body from getting dried!.

if you are not an athlete yes, if you look on the label the calories indicate that they are energy, not calories, and you really don't need it unless you are working out vigorously, because then you are replenishing youre calories you burned, otherwise to your body it is just water suger and of course PurpleWww@FoodAQ@Com
