Fish !!! ;) Glup Glup Glup!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken is definitely the least expensive and easiest to produce of the three meats!. It only takes about 4 months from hatching the egg to butchering the chicken!.

Pork is a bit easier to produce than beef!. It takes only 9 months before it is ready to butcher!.

Beef is not ready to butcher unless you want veal before it is about 2 or 3 years old!. So it is more expensive to raise as it takes more time and feeds!. Veal has no texture or flavor so why bother!.

I like beef best, Will eat it any day any weather!.

Chinese food is a type of cookery, not a meat!!! Chinese do not export meats to USA, at least yet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
