Is this healthy meals for a day?!
For Breakfast:
I sometimes eat 2 eggs or 2 pieces of bread or bacon or all!. And i drink 1-2 glasses full of milk, and 4 glasses of water!.
For lunch:
I eat rice with fish or beef or pork, 1 glass of water and soup, and dessert, anything sweet besides candy!.
For 3-5 in the afternoon, don't know what you call that:
I eat noodles and fruits, like apples and bananas and grapes and watermelon and melon etc!.
For dinner:
I eat vegetable soup ( mostly) and rice, with muscle ( the one that looks like clams) and meat with 1 glass of milk and one glass of water
I wake up at 12 and drink 1 glass of water
I am 19 134 lbs i am muscular

If you work out, you may want to try eating a small healthy snack, such as a granola bar, before!. This will give you an extra boost of energy and help you preform your best!.
Just be sure you are getting the neccesary amount of calories each day!. You can determine how many calories you need daily by talking to your doctor, or going on mypyramid!.gov and clicking on "My Pyramid Plan" on the right side of the screen!. Here, you can also get an estimate on how many servings of each food group you should get each day!.
Just remember, if you are ever hungry during the day, eating a small, healthy snack is ok!.

it is definatley healthy!.!.!.you just want to make sure you are getting enough of the food!.!.you just dont want to be depriving yourself of nutrients!.!.!.which if you eat enough of the above!.!.!.you definatley wont be plenty of protien and carbs to get you through - - i noticed you said one glass of water!.!.!.you can drink more!.!.!.!.its still calorie free!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
yes because the fish is brain food!. the water is good for the system in your body it cleans your system out!. and the rest of the foods you eat you get your vitamins minerals Iron!. etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
