Y/A making me fat?!

Question: Y/A making me fat!?
Whilst I've been on Y/A tonight I've eaten a whole gala pie, 2 packets of cheese & onion crisps & a big chunk of cheese and polished off a box of chocolates!. I keep wandering into the kitchen and rifling around for something to eat!. Is anyone else prone to snacking whilst on Y/A!? My only options are to find a way to stop the eating or give up Y/A - any advice!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

There's a far better way to do it - get your grub on a table next to your PC!. along with a pack of wet-wipes!. That way you won't have to keep getting up to go to the kitchen AND you can wipe your hands clean both before AND after you've had a morsel or three - AND you can stay on Y and get fatter all the time!. That's what I do anyway ! ! !Www@FoodAQ@Com
