Question: What kind of gelatin is in chewy candy!?
I bought a chewy bar today and I noticed that one of the ingredients in it is marchmallows that contains gelatin but it doesn't say which kind of gelatin >>> is it pork or cattle gelatin!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Gelatin is usually a mixture of both pork and cattle products!.

44% pig skin, 27% bones, 28% bovine hides (cattle), and 1% other (scary, I know!.)
