What do you put in your trail mix?!
I've got a long list !.!.!. some of the things I put are brazil nuts, dried cranberries, raisins, almonds, cashews, prunes!.!.!. And you!? =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I call it GORP! and keep it on the table in a bowl for anyone and everyone to come by and get a handful when they think they need a snack!.
Dried cranberries, cherries, fruit bits, raisins (both regular and white), chopped dates
Assorted nuts: pecans, walnuts, cashews, almonds, etc!.
Coconut, Semi sweet chocolate chips (both white and dark chocolate)
Mini pretzels, gold fish, any other mini cereal stuff!.
What I have on hand other than the fruits and nuts is what goes in to it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seconding almonds and dried cranberries!. I also put dried apricots, flaked coconut (for good fat), and sesame seeds!. It's a high-fat snack but it packs a lot of nutritional punch and proteins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
