Answers:
The nutritional value of vegetables, like Jalapeno Pepper, makes them an excellent food choice for both weight control and general health!.

Jalape?os contain a substance called capsaicin that has shown to have anti-cancer effects!. However the amount needed to achieve this effect is relatively high, with up to eight habanero peppers per week (roughly equivalent to 24 jalape?os)!.

They do have seeds that technically make them a fruit but to most they are considered a vegetable/spice because it lacks sweetness!.

I hope this was helpful,Take Care!!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Technically they would be a fruit (seed bearing ripened ovum of a flower), but as for nutrition / UDSA food pyramid purposes, they would be considered a vegetable!.

Onions aren't the best as far as nutrition os concerned!. High carbs ( for a veggie) and and lower vitamin levels than green leafy veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Even though chilis may be thought of as a vegetable, their culinary usage is, generally, a spice, the part of the plant that is usually harvested is the fruit, and botany considers the plant a berry shrub!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fruit is grown on a tree or a bush or on a plant!.!.!.!. A Veggy is grown on the grown or in the ground and knowing where a jopanio and onion grows i would say the onion is a veggy and the jopanio is undisied but i would go with 60% veggie 40% friut !.!.!. hope that helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes !.!.!. but I doubt you'll eat enough of them at one time to substitute for a serving of veggies!. You need 4-5 servings of FRUIT or VEGGIES each day, so eat some fruit too!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
