Answers:
Sesame cake is a delious cake flavored with sesame seeds!. If I heard right, it was first developed in Germany!.

TOASTED SESAME SEED CAKE
2 1/4 c!. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 c!. sugar
1 tbsp!. baking powder
3/4 tsp!. salt
1/4 tsp!. mace
1/2 c!. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c!. soft shortening
1 c!. milk
2 eggs

Sift first five ingredients into mixing bowl!. Stir in sesame seeds!. Add shortening and 3/4 cup of the milk!. Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer or 300 strokes by hand!. Add remaining milk and eggs!. Beat 1 minute with mixer or 150 strokes by hand!. Scrape bowl and beater or spoon often!. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch tube pan!. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done!. Frost top and sides with chocolate frosting!. If desired, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on the top!.
Toast seeds on cookie sheet about 5 minutes or until golden brown in 350 degree oven!. Cool!.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 pkg!. (6 oz!.) semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 sq!. (1 oz!.) unsweetened chocolate
1 can (15 oz!.) sweetened condensed milk

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over warm water or in microwave oven!. Blend in milk!. cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is thick and piles lightly, about 5 minutes!. Cool until thick enough to spread!. Makes enough frosting for top and sides of 9 inch tube cake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
