Anyone like the taste of Umeboshi?!

I am a former chef and when I worked in Japan I got to try alot of the various types, more into the vinegar based ones, the salted are fine, love using the paste for pastas and desserts, the mochi during the boys and girls festivals are nice flavoured with them!.
Not much here in North America to compare with them, I have bought the paste here in Toronto Canada, I have 2 Japanese store I shop in regularly for tea and other ingredients, cannot live without my Kewpie Mayo!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
