We want to start a organic burger restaurant in a small town do any one have any advice?!
Answers:
I am a former chef and never had my own place but opened a few for others, I would suggest, pick a location, see what the locals like, do a survey, just stand out on the street and ask would they go for a place like yours and what do they like or expect in a good burger!.
Then source your ingredients, find a good organic, no hormone, quality beef supplier, keep it simple, good ingredients, find a bakery that will make a good whole grain bun or pita for you, then make the garnishes as good and simple as possible, if you complicate things, your going to have problem, make them fresh or as fresh as possible and always be consistant!. Even with things like fries, home made, in a good quality oil like peanut or canola and sea salt for the flavour and health benefits, or oven fries done in a flash oven and season lightly!.
Good Luck and any other pointers let me known, I worked all over Canada, resort in Montego Bay Jamaica, and hotels in Singapore and Tokyo Japan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are starting an organic burger restaurant, you are most likely going to attract health-oriented customers!. So to keep the menu in sync with your organic burger idea, make sure that the other items you will be serving are also healthy!. For instance, instead of offering a side of french fries with the burger, try something healthier like baked sweet potato "fries" or a mixed green salad!. also, make sure to offer healthy desserts, like frozen vanilla yogurt topped with fresh berries and a light drizzle of chocolate syrup!. also make sure to offer as many organic foods as possible!. If organic is too expensive to offer, try local food!. Make sure that you also offer vegetarian options like veggie burgers!. Well I hope I helped you somewhat! Good luck with the business if you do start it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
We eat organic beef all the time now, its a good idea!. I suggest that you combine burgers with other organic and natural food!. You will need vegetarians as customers to make enough money!. Think of all the Vegan/meat eating mixed couples you know - you would get a lot of business!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
if its a small town make sure you have enough customers who eat that stuffWww@FoodAQ@Com
