Answers:
Tuna has a high mercury content!. Having too much mercury can make you sick, depressed, and actually could make you gain weight!. A few years ago I read a story about a college student dying from mercury poisoning, but of course that's an extreme case!.

Bottom line is, no "only" diet is ever good for you!. You need a variety of foods in your diet, as each one has different nutrients that your body needs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

having only meat no matter what kind is not good 4 u
you need veggies, and carbs!. for a healthy diet!. just measure what u eat through the day!. always eat a hearty breakfast, it will last u sometimes past lunch, and a sensible dinner!. after dinner take a walk for about a half hour, it's healthy and safe----go for itWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes tuna is very good for you, although you may get sick of it fairly quickly!. make sure you are getting enough nutrients from all the other foods you are eating though if you want to cut out all other meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I did that before (tuna and salad) to lose weight!.
Of course it's safe!.!.!. But I couldn't survive I got really tired of it after a few days!.
If you're really stern on doing this look for different tuna recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's safe, but you'll be tremendously sick of it after a day or two!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would limit it too about a couple servings a week!.!.!.!. to do more would place you at risk with elevated mercury exposureWww@FoodAQ@Com

Depends how good a swimmer you are!Www@FoodAQ@Com

NO!Www@FoodAQ@Com
