Is it safe to freeze a metal water bottle?!


Question: Is it safe to freeze a metal water bottle!?
I have a metal water bottle at home which I bought about 3 yrs ago, but never used!. We are out of plastic water bottles to freeze and I this metal one I have would probably be more conveinient then your average water bottle!. Is it safe to freeze!?

Just keep the lid off during the freezing process to allow for expansion of the water freezing!.=)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes arully it is its much safer then plastic beacuse in plastic when you refill the water and you frezze it all thoses germs are still there but sence the metale water bottle freezes during the frezzing porsses it obsorbes the cold more beacuse it is metel and the cold kills meany germs so while the bottle it freezing the germs of the waterbottle are becomeing less and lessWww@FoodAQ@Com
