Spaghetti Salad
8 oz!. thin spaghetti
1 8oz!. bottle Italian Dressing
1/2 bottle McCormicks Salad Supreme Seasoning
Cucumbers, sliced
tomatoes, sliced
celery, diced
1 onion
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions!. Pour dressing over the hot spaghetti and let sit overnight in the fridge!.
Before serving add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and celery!. Then add the 1/2 bottle of McCormicks Salad Supreme and the onion!.
Mix well and serve!
Delicious!
Deviled Eggs
"Horseradish sauce and sweet relish sets these deviled eggs
* 6 eggs
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
* 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
* 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
* 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
* paprika, for garnish
* salt and pepper to taste
Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water!. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat!. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes!. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and cut lengthwise!.
Remove yolks from eggs!. In a medium bowl, mash the yolks and mix together with mayonnaise, onion, sweet pickle relish, horseradish and mustard!.
With a fork or pastry bag, fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture!. Garnish with paprika, salt and pepper!. Chill until serving!.
Potato Salad
1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 cup minced onion
2 cups chopped celery
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3 lbs!. potatoes, cooked, peeled,
cubed (about 6 cups)
In large bowl stir together mayonnaise,
,vinegar, salt and pepper!. Add potatoes,
celery, onion and eggs!. Combine well!.
Cover; refrigerate for at least 4 hours!.
Best if made the day before serving!.
*Add more Mayonnaise if needed!.
*Replace half the onion with chopped
radishes for added color and flavor!.
Makes about 8 cups
Baked Beans
* 1 1/2 pounds ground pork sausage (see comments on selecting just the right sausage in Part 1 of this article)
* 1 large (28 ounces or so) or 2 regular (15 ounces or so) cans pork 'n' beans
* 1/2 cup catsup
* 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
* 2 Tablespoons vinegar
Fry the sausage until it is well done, breaking it into fairly small pieces, then drain off the fat!. Add catsup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar!. Bring to a boil briefly!. Add the beans to the sausage and mix well!. Pour the mixture into your bean pot (you do have a bean pot, don't you!?) or a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes!.

* 1 small head cabbage
* 1/4 cup cider vinegar
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon salt
Chop cabbage coarsely with a sharp knife!. It's important to cut the cabbage and not crush it!. Mix other ingredients in a large bowl!. Add cabbage and toss!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
