Question: Is this okay to have once a week!?
i go to subway and have a footlong sub and this is whats on it:

green peppers
banana peppers
carrot (sometimes)
lettuce
white cheese or sometimes cheddar (4 triangles total)

That sounds fine!. As long as you stick to puttin healthy things on it!. But, fast food is fast food!. It would be much, much better for you if you had it once every 2 weeks!. That way you'll enjoy it more because you don't get it every week!. It's a treat!. But if you want to stick to every week Subway, you could walk/ ride your bike there!. That way, you'll get hungry going there, and then you'll burn off the extra calories on the way home!. Good question! - JenWww@FoodAQ@Com

maybe make it a six inch all of the time, because the footlongs are packed with fat and calories, especially since you have cheese on your sub!. change the honey mustard to something light, like light mayonnaise!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

there is nothing wrong with that!. wheres your meat tho!? are you a veggitarian!? i suggest a small side of peanuts or something then for your protein!.!. the cheese will help thoWww@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldnt consider that very healthy at all!. How about once every 2 mounths or osmething!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's perfectly OK to have that once a week! What you do for the other twenty meals during the week no doubt count more in the long run!Www@FoodAQ@Com

there's nothing unhealthy(you need the cheese for protein) in it, you could probably eat it more oftenWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah, why not!? The worst thing for you on the sandwich would be the honey mustard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I guess so, as long as you still eat good amounts of fruits and veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You're splitting it up, so that sounds reasonable!.!.!.!.!.!.Try alfalfa sprouts too, if they have themWww@FoodAQ@Com

how about one every 2 weeks!? Thats healthier =]Www@FoodAQ@Com
