Are you aware of HFCS...? in our processed foods?!

Question: Are you aware of HFCS!.!.!.!? in our processed foods!?
HFCS: "High Fructose Corn Syrup"!. Food companies found out how it causes people to want MORE after eating it, so they started using it to produce everything!. Ketchup, jelly, jam, pancake mix, soda pop, coffee creamer, EVERYTHING!!. Read the labels!.!.!.most things have it very near the top of the ingredients (which means the largest volume of anything is that which is listed near the top!.)
What's going to have to happen is I think people are going to have to 'cook' from "scratch" in order to eliminate it!. I sure find I'm mixing more, cooking more and eating fresh things & organic things more!. I also find I'm eating LESS!.!.!.because it's not cheap!. The HFCS is a real culprit of the obesity epidemic that faces our society today!.
My !? is how many are aware of this ingredient!? HFCS !?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Its not good by any means, but there are healthier foods out there without it!. The best thing is to look for foods that don't have it in the top 5 ingredients!. After that it is only a trace amount, and it won't be all that bad!. I am a pre-med student, so I thought everyone knew it was unhealthy!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

not alot!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

i never heard of itWww@FoodAQ@Com

yeah im aware of it!.!. in fact that is why i stay away from stuff like sodas (never!) or other juices (unless is 100% natural without it) but yeah i just drink water most of the time!.

but i know they have them in other stuff, but i always check the labels to stay safe ;) or make the foods from scrats (NEVER buy frozen foods for instance)!.

its good that you are aware of it as well ;)

also, you should look for MSG, it is found to make people to wanna eat foods with it often (Same as you said with HFCS)

btw!.!.!. HFCS is also bad cuz it could not only cause obesity, but diabities too!!!!!!!! because it is said to be like 20 times sweeter than table sugar :S:S:S:S and is cheap, thats why they use themWww@FoodAQ@Com
