I coordinate my flavored coffee with flavored creamers - mmmmmm, so good!. As for brand, I have no brand as I get my flavored coffee fresh ground from a local coffee bean place!.

now THIS is an impossible question - i personally like Hills Bro if we're talking commercial store-bought drip but my ex-bf worships Maxwell House!.
for coffee shops, a huge chunk of canadians flock to tim horton's - i hate tim horton's: the coffee tastes acrid and they refuse to buy Fair Trade!. country style has a superior product, imo!.
for the actual bean itself, it depends if you want a light roast or a dark roast!. arabica is the most common as it's used as a base for many coffee blends!. over half the coffee beans sold in the world is arabica and ranges from a very full bodied flavour (javan and sumatran grown) to a medium body (central and south american)!. robusta is from congo and has a more uniform body and flavour that adds "punch" to a coffee blend and accounts for a bit less than half the world market!. african coffees (kenyan and tanzanian) are medium bodied but highly flavourful!.
when you buy coffee, make sure you buy "fair trade" or columbian coffee!. columbia is pretty much the only country in the coffee growing world that ensures its workers are treated half decently because the coffee market is controlled by a consortium that ensures standards are met on the plantations!.
if the coffee is neither fair trade nor columbian, these are the conditions you would be directly contributing to the destruction of the small producer - driving small farmers out of business and into poverty!. workers on large plantations that are not certified FT face incredibly harsh working conditions!. they are paid so little that they must force even the smallest children to pick coffee beans!. they get paid squat, yet if they are provided with a basket in which to carry the beans, they must pay for it (either "rent" or outright purchase)!.
