Answers:
no it will get larger, because your refrigirator is going to shrink it will think that the white bread is part of the refrigirator and want to absorbe it, huh duh!? the peanut butter sandwhich will not shrink if wrapped or kept in a sealed container, hmmmmm, many peanut butter sandwhichs have weathered the night til the next days lunchWww@FoodAQ@Com

No it won't shrink, but depending on how you package it can dry out and/or get soggy!.

Yes I worked for a catering company and a few times when some moron would take a very large order for tea sandwhiches way too early in the morning (like 500 to go out 30 minutes after the kitchen opens on the weekend when there were only two staff) we would make them the night ahead!.

You want to put them in a covered container but preferably with some air around the sandwich!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes it will shrink, i have tried it!. If you wrap it in a papertowel and then put it in a zip lock bag it should be fine!. I make lunches the night before a lot!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
