How to keep baked goods from sticking?!
Okay, I baked brownie bites, topped with melted frosting, half with sprinkles, half with hersey kisses and chocolate shavings on top for a bake sale in the morning!. also, I baked peanut butter chocolate rice krispie treats, these are topped with melted chocolate chips!.
Question is, these have to be individually wrapped, and that didnt dawn on me until, right about now!. I dont have enough toothpicks, so that idea is out, how do I wrap these for sale without all the icing coming off, OR, do you think in 12 hours the icing will set a little harder to be able to saran wrap without disturbing the icing too much!?
Thank you all in advance!!
(And I am new to this baking, entertaining thing, so be kind, in retrospect things with icing i guess aren't the best for a summer bake sale!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You can try to spray with a light nonstick spray!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Do you have waxed paper or parchment paper!?
You could form little bags or tents, higher than the icing!.
Then staple or tape the tops together, so they don't touch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes I would let the icing set for a while and then wrap them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
