In order to maintain a healthy weight and body it is best to eat BOTH vegetables and fruits!. (Include them in your diet and eat them daily) You can not really say if one is healthier than the other because you need both of them!.

Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Overall, veggies are better because most fruit contains sugar!. However, in both categories there are good choices-- for example green veggies are better for you than say, corn!. And an apple has a lot of fiber and lower sugar content than say, an orange!.

Veggies! they may taste weird at times but they are better than most fruit!. Fruit contain great amounts of sugar(which are natural) but can be very bad if you over do it on the fruits!.

As well as some vegetables contain great amounts of starch!. Such as, potatoes, peas, and carots!.

Research on labels of foods so you can get the best quality!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Both are nutritious but I bust sugars, so vegetables for me!.
The more colorful they are and the darker they are, the better!. They will contain more antioxidants!. Although fruits are a much better alternative that a sweet fatening dessert!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
