Answers:
The grease is fat from the cheese!. You could always buy fat-free or lowfat cheese, but neither of those are anywhere as tasty as regular cheese!.
I personally love cheese, and I think that quesadillas are awesome!. Don't let the grease ruin your appetite! The next time you make a quesadilla, just use a paper towel to lightly soak up the grease after it's done!. I do the same thing with a slice of pizza!. Lay a paper towel over it and apply light pressure in various greasy areas with your hand or fingertips!. The paper towel won't stick because of the grease, and the quesadilla will be just as delicious with a little less fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

when u overcook the cheese, the oil/grease separates, and thats what was running down ur arm, don't be put off, it's only cheese, there's so many other foods out threre, that when u read the ingredients, its like made up from a whole concoction of chemicals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Butterfat contained in the milk from which the Cheese was produced!.

The higher the butterfat content of the whole milk, the better the cheese product!. Cream though is too oiley and cannot produce cheeses like Cheddar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheese is made from milk, which has fat in it!. So when you melt cheese down, that would be the melted fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ITS cheese every time you cook it some of the grease will run out if you don't like that stop eating cheeseWww@FoodAQ@Com
