The smell and softness of the mango!. If you pick up the mango and it's hard then you need to wait a few more day's!. If you want it to ripe faster then leave out on counter top !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The colour might become darker/more vivid, it will feel softer and sort of squishable, and the smell will be a lot stronger and sweeter!.
