Answers:
Many people whose diets are already high in fiber rarely see any gaseous effects from foods that are "notoriously" gas-causing!.

also, if you soak the beans overnight (dry ones, not Bush's canned ones), then pitch that water, and add fresh water to cook them in, you will have removed the "gassiness" and the beans should not give you or anyone else gas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The Musical Fruit! It is true!.

Adding a liberal amount of baking soda to the soaking water if you are using dried beans that are soaked overnight to make them soft is a good idea!. It seems to take the PHTTTTTT!, out of them after consuming them!.

Try Beano prior to eating them to soften the effects!.!.!.!.or get a fan!.
